Out of Town Patients

Dr. Evans accepts a limited number of out of town patients.
One requirement is that you be able to stay in the area from 4-5 weeks. Once Dr. Evans has worked on a tooth, she is responsible for what she has started. If a crown is necessary on your root canal tooth, Dr. Evans will need to provide that treatment and our lab may take up to 3 weeks to complete a crown.
